Can I shop on the site for my exact vehicle make and model?

Yes! Just choose your vehicle from the “Shop by Vehicle” menu—your model's compatible parts will then show across all collections.

Do you provide professional installation for the online purchased products?

Definitely. We also offer expert fitting services in-house at our Coffs Harbour service centre for products such as bull bars, lighting, suspension kits, and so on. 

What are the shipping and delivery options?

For Australian-wide orders, standard delivery is 3–7 business days, with express shipping available. International shipping can be organized on request—just ask for a quote. 

What is your return and restocking policy?

Unused, unopened items can be exchanged or returned within a reasonable time. Note: some products—such as bull bars, lift kits, and custom orders—will have a restocking fee.

Is there a warranty on the products?

Yes! The majority of items come with a manufacturer's warranty between 12 months and lifetime, depending on the brand. We assist owners through any process of warranty claims.
